Elite Hospice and Palliative Care is a locally owned and operated provider of the highest quality Hospice service available. We feel our local roots give us an advantage because our focus is always here, in the community where our families live. We don't need corporate approval to fix a service issue or handle a special request, as our decisions are made locally, with our community and your family in mind.

Our Goal

Under the direction of a physician, the Elite Hospice & Palliative Care team offers a special kind of caring atmosphere that encompasses the medical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of treatment. Our goal is to ensure that patients live to their fullest potential with dignity and respect, and that family members are supported.

Our Staff

Your team will be there with you and your family every step of the way during this difficult journey. Your team will include many different disciplines; and we will work closely with you to coordinate a plan of care based on you and your family’s individual needs.

With over 32 years of leadership consulting and executive hospice influence, my mission is always to serve patients and families at the highest level possible. My mission statement in life is: “Success Through Servanthood” which is lived out each day not just by me but by the team around me!! One thing I know is that you can’t give what you don’t have, and I promise you that our team will care for you as we would care for one of our family members. I look forward to serving you!!

Shana Harris

As an 11 year Licensed Vocational Nurse, I have spent many years being diverse in specialties across the spectrum. I have worked for St Luke's Hospital on the Telemetry/Medical Surgical floor where I received 2 Right Care Awards for patient care. My tenure with Hospice has been on the clinical/bedside and Regional Director role. I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner in which I provide education to families, facilities and doctors as to the vital role that Hospice can play in the Alzheimers/Dementia patient. I have not only been on the provider side of Hospice patient care but on the family side as well. Losing 3 grandmothers and a stepmother on Hospice services allowed my family to have a positive experience in such a tragic time in our lives. That is why I am here to provide the upmost care and experience to our patients and their families, as I too, have walked this walk. I will always strive to go ABOVE AND BEYOND.
